Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to answer quote and information requests. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in managing business correspondence (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.

Recipients and data processors

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by technical suppliers acting as data processors: the website hosting provider and the email service provider, strictly as needed to deliver the service.
